Description:
Renewal mailings go out every other month. There are usually 100-300 pieces to mail. We need assistance labeling, stuffing, sealing, and stamping. Estimated project time: 2+ hours every other month, ongoing. Help is also needed with periodic fund-raising mailings and general office organizational needs.

Candidate Background:
The best candidates for this position will have: Average hand-eye coordination, willingness to help, and a tolerance for repetitive tasks.

Supervisor and Location for the Project:
Janice Barrett, Outreach Coordiator; Moulton, AL. Janice will support the volunteer in successful completion of the project and supply him/her with necessary materials and information. Janice will also work with him/her to determine a timetable and work plan and provide a cup of tea with cookies.
