A rare occurrance is about to take place (no, not an alignment of celestial bodies, but close!):  On January 21st, the entire Wild South staff will be the same place at the same time!  And we would like for YOU to be there, too.

Being the third Saturday of the month, January 21 is our Helping Hands volunteer work day in the Bankhead National Forest (Alabama) and this time our North Carolina staff (Tracy, Lamar, Ben P and Ben C) will be there to help.  Click here to learn about our work day.  Afterwards, we are opening our office to you!  Please plan to join us at the Wild South office from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for refreshments and socializing.

If you have already signed up for our work day, please plan to stay for awhile afterward.  If you have not signed up and would like to work with us on a Sipsey Wilderness trail that day, we will be happy to have you!  Whether you plan to participate in our work project or not, we hope you will plan to drop in and visit between 4:00 and 6:00.

The Wild South office is located within the Warrior Mountains Trading Company at the intersection of Highways 33 and 36, 2 miles south of Moulton at the flashing yellow light, 11312 AL Hwy. 33, Moulton, AL.
